We mostly grow seasonal flowers that are available as cut flowers and market bouquets. We also sell pumpkins in the fall and wreaths in the winter. We will have farm fresh eggs available in 2024!
We grow flowers that you’ll likely not find at your local supermarket – which are often flown in or shipped from far away (often outside the US). We have over 50 varieties of specialty cut flowers and bulbs and we are “growing” (get it? 😊) by the season.
Here are some flowers you can expect during the growing season:
Spring: heirloom narcissus, specialty tulips, ranunculus
Summer: snapdragons, stock, sunflowers, celosia, zinnias, grasses, eucalyptus, amaranth, strawflowers
Fall: Mahogany splendor, dahlias, sunflowers

We offer flowers in mixed bouquets (wrapped or in mason jars), straight run of cut flowers, and wholesale. Flowers and farm goods are available in the self-serve flower stand located at the front of our property (schedule below), seasonally at the Feathered Nest in Ocean View NJ, and through custom requests. To learn more or order flowers – contact us!
-
Prices vary by flower type, bouquet size, bouquet type, etc and will be listed on the stand. For custom orders, we will agree on the price point you’d like your order to be at before your order is created.
-
As we are building the farm and our community, we are still working full time jobs and raising our 2 spirited children. While we’d love to deliver or ship our creations, we are unable to do so at this time.
-
Orders are typically available 48 hours (often sooner!) after purchase and we will notify you when your order is ready! Larger orders require more lead time – please contact us to make arrangements.

They sure are! We love seeing our flowers in local weddings and other events. Here are several local designers that use our flowers (check out their work – its beautiful!):

Our flowers are freshly cut, conditioned, stored in fresh water (and preservative if appropriate), and kept in a cooler. You should expect farm fresh flowers to last 4-7 days (likely longer!). Some flowers naturally have a shorter vase life, such as dahlias (especially the big, fluffy ones).
To get the longest vase life from your flowers:
Replenish the water frequently.
Change the water entirely every 2-3 days
Trim the stem about a ½ inch every time you change the water — use sharp, clean scissors
Keep your flowers away from heat and bright light and ripening fruit
Use “flower food” to help keep the water fresh and feed the flowers
-
Your wreath was made with fresh greens from the farm and should last through the holidays and longer. (We’ve heard of them lasting until March!)
Care tips for your wreath:
Wreaths will dry out faster if you place them near a heating source or vent
Spritz the back of the wreath with water 1-2 times per week - more if it is hung in a warm spot. (Be careful not to spray the ribbon or added decorations)
If kept indoors or it has been very warm outside, your wreath may need extra water! Remove or protect the bow/extra decorations and then soak the stems in 1-2" of water for about an hour
To ensure added decorations last, keep wreath in a place that it won’t get soaked by rain

Our self-serve farm stand and subscription pick up station is located along our driveway, towards the front of the property. There is a place for you to turn around and head back to the stoplight to safely get back on Route 9 and continue your travels. All other parts of the farm are currently closed to the public except for pre-arranged visits, special events, scheduled U-Picks, and other scheduled activities. Contact Us for more details.

We are selling fresh cut, handmade wreaths at this time and have been succession planting baby Christmas Trees since 2019 that will be ready for harvest in about 5 years.

You bet we do! We currently have chickens and plethora of cats roaming around – when we moved to the farm in 2019, we discovered mice and snakes living in the barn and promptly adopted 6 outside cats for pest management. I may have overreacted, but to be fair – we haven’t seen a mouse or snake since!
All of our animals are friendly and you may see them come up to you when you visit the farm.
We have big plans for the future to add more animals to the property!
